Returning products
As a customer, you enjoy the legal right of withdrawal. This means you have the right to change your mind and abandon your order up to 14 days after you receive the product or someone took delivery of it for you (e.g. a neighbor).
How to return a product:
- If you choose to return your products, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your products. You can do this by sending an e-mail to hello@studioco.be, clearly stating that you wish to return your products and which products it specifically concerns.
- You will then send the products back to Studioco (see address below) within 14 days of delivery. The products should be returned to us neatly and securely packed, if possible in the original packaging. You must pay the cost of returning the products yourself.
- Once we have received the returned products and verified that everything is in order, we will proceed with a refund. We aim to do this within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was chosen by you when you paid for the original order.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- for the delivery of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person (e.g. customized or personalized products with e.g. embroidery of a name or specifically requested drawing);
- the supply of goods which are perishable or have a limited shelf life;
- the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
- the delivery of goods which after delivery are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other products;
- digital products such as online courses, e-books, whitepapers, webinars, online coaching programs and online training courses, when the customer has expressly consented, prior to the delivery, to the commencement of the performance of the agreement before the end of the cooling-off period and he/she has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal upon granting this consent.
