How does ordering a personalized product work?

2. Indicate all desired options and colors and upload your photo if necessary
3. Behind the scenes I will work on your wishes
4. Sit back & relax: Your package will be shipped within 7 working days

Can I have my own garment embroidered?
Unfortunately this is not possible.
I only embroider garments that I have purchased myself to ensure the best quality.
What size do I need?
View the size chart for this.
Can I provide my own design/drawing/font/...?
You may provide a handwritten message or drawing. It is also possible to use a chosen font, for example that of a birth announcement.

Is it possible to place a group order?
Definitely! Different prices are charged for group orders. It is therefore best to contact us via the contact form or by email ( hello@studioco.be ). Then I will be happy to provide you with all the information.
I am looking for a specific article, but I cannot find it on the website. What now?

All orders are shipped within 7 working days.

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a personalized product.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course! You can pick up your order for free in Willebroek.
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email with all the information.
Don't forget to indicate 'collection' when placing your order.
In which countries is delivery possible?
Studioco currently delivers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France.
Would you like to order from another country?

Can I pay afterwards?
Yes! You can choose to pay later with Klarna during checkout.
